Rachel Wallis is CEO of HealthStar Physicians of Hot Springs, one of the largest independent physician-owned practice groups in Arkansas. She oversees operations across nine family medicine clinics and multiple departments, including Clinical Research and School-Based Health. Throughout her 15-year career in public health, Wallis has focused on transforming healthcare at the practice level, as well as at state and national levels with her leadership in the Comprehensive Primary Care Program (CPC) for the federal Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, as well as numerous individual state-funded programs by both public and private payers. She has also served as the Executive Director of Aledade Arkansas, and as Comprehensive Primary Care Director for TransforMED. Wallis is a graduate of Henderson State University and The University of Arkansas, with a Master’s Degree in Public Health.
